iKrew is a staffing marketplace built on Bubble.io specifically for the healthcare industry, connecting medical service providers with qualified contractors looking for work.
Service providers sign up and post jobs with details including role, department, schedule, location, and hourly rate. Contractors create profiles, upload verification documents, and apply to open positions. Once a provider selects a contractor for a job, both parties can communicate through the built-in messaging system.
When a job is completed, the platform calculates the total payment based on hours worked and the agreed rate. Providers review and approve the hours before payment is processed through Stripe. The platform also includes a dispute system for cases where hours or work completion are contested.
iKrew handles the full workflow from job posting to payment, giving healthcare providers a reliable way to find verified contractors and giving contractors a structured platform to find and manage their work.
